如何抗菌：應否把酒精噴在口罩上？Should you spray alcohol onto surgical masks?
溫馨提示：本人不建意將酒精噴在口罩上因會容易引至皮膚敏感，而且人體不能吸入過多酒精。口罩是有抗菌的功能但是如果沾水了就會失去它的功能，所以只能放不超過3滴的香薰油（以下的6種的兩種）在口罩的邊緣，小心別塗在皮膚上。
做搓手液：可用乙醇或香水酒精70ml+ （蒸餾水 15ml＋蘆薈啫喱10ml+甘油5ml）先混合才加入酒精和可加上增強免疫力及肺部功能的香薰油- 羅文莎葉 ，昆士亞，藍膠尤加利，香桃木，綠花白千層和茶樹（十歲以下孩童請用沼澤茶樹較爲安全）。 選擇以上三種香薰油共10至15滴混合70ml酒精再加入巳混合的水份.
空氣噴劑：可使用75%酒精便可以了。如用乙醇請加水，因為 90 幾度的酒精是不能夠消滅細菌的一定要加入水份才可以。 選擇以上三種香薰油共10至15滴混合100ml酒精。
按摩油：選擇以上三種香薰油共10至15滴混合50ml植物油，按摩鼻翼 頸部胸口及背部 也可以按於腳底

Reminder: I do not recommend spraying alcohol on surgical masks as it would easily lead to sensitive skin and that inhaling too much alcohol is not good for health and well being. Surgical masks are to prevent germs, having a antibacterial function however it will loose its function after being soaked or when damp therefore only a less than 3 drops of essential oils (2 types of essential oils out of the 6 written down below) can be put on the edge of the mask, be careful not to apply it on the skin.
Hand rub: Use ethanol or perfume alcohol 70ml + (Distilled water 10ml + aloe gel 10ml + glycerin 5ml) mix before adding alcohol and add essential oils that enhances immunity and lung function such as Ravensara, Kunzea, Eucalyptus Blue Gum, Myrtle, Niaouli and Tea Tree (Children under the age of 10 should use Rosalina instead as a safer choice than Tea Tree). Choose three essential oils, a total of 10-15 drops mixed with 70ml alcohol and add with mixed water.
Air Spray: use 75% alcohol. 90% alcohol is not able to destroy and kill bacteria, please add water or use ~75% alcohol instead. Choose three essential oils above, a total of 10-15 drops mixed with 100ml alcohol.
Massage oil: Choose three essential oils above, a total of 10-15 drops mixed with 50ml base oil. Massage the nose and neck chest And the back can also be pressed on the soles of the feet.
